Dwayne Johnson acquired a beautiful mansion in Beverly Park for $27.8 million, previously owned by comedian Paul Reiser.
The actor, completed the off-market purchase of the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom residence on April 6.
Situated on a spacious 3.67 acres, this property is considered one of the largest in the exclusive Beverly Park community, which is home to numerous celebrities like Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, SofĂa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, and Rod Stewart.
The ultra-private estate features multiple gates for easy access and encompasses an impressive 17,630 square feet, boasting amenities such as a tennis court, a sunlit pool and spa, an indoor pool, a large gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator.
Accessed via a long, olive tree-lined road, the property is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a serene mountain neighborhood above Beverly Hills, and it includes several mature trees, beautiful trails, and secluded “hidden sanctuaries.”
In January, Johnson listed his luxurious equestrian estate near Atlanta for sale but has yet to receive any offers.
He has been recognized as Hollywood’s highest-paid actor due to his roles in projects like “Ballers,” “Jumanji,” and the “Fast & Furious” franchise.
Johnson and his wife, Lauren Hashian, whom he married in 2019, share two daughters, and he has another daughter from a previous relationship.
