Kevin Hart’s family’s $7 million villa in Calabasas features a swimming pool, golf course, and tennis court, complete with all the necessary amenities

In some cases, having two is better than one, especially when it comes to wealth. With an estimated net worth of $200 million, Kevin Hart ranks among the richest men in comedy. Public records reveal that he has invested $7 million in a mansion adjacent to his even larger home.

Hart completed his custom-built primary residence in 2018, located in a gated community on the outskirts of Calabasas. This 9,500-square-foot, contemporary Mediterranean-style home sits on a 26-acre plot, of which 24 acres are steep hillside and unsuitable for construction. The luxurious estate includes not only the main house but also two guesthouses, a children’s playground, a large swimming pool, and a volleyball court.

The neighboring 16.3-acre estate, primarily hilly, features a two-acre graded lot with a 9,300-square-foot mansion, a grey tiled roof, an infinity pool, a full-size tennis court, expansive lawns, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Built in 2004, this home was never officially put on the market.

Property records indicate that Hart acquired this neighboring residence from Shakim Compere, a film producer with ties to both Miami and Los Angeles, and known for his long partnership with Queen Latifah. Together, they founded Flavour Unit Entertainment in 1995, which has since secured an overall deal with Netflix and produced numerous films and TV series.

Compere and his wife Tonya purchased the estate in Calabasas for $6.7 million in 2015, making it unlikely that they profited from their sale to Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish.

Now, Hart oversees a sprawling 42-acre estate featuring two swimming pools, two sports facilities, and nearly 19,000 square feet of living space spread across multiple structures, along with off-street parking for numerous vehicles.

The “extra” home is discreetly located behind gates on a large lot. Its beige stucco and stone exterior conceals six bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Inside, the residence boasts expansive formal living and dining areas, enhanced by large windows and wide-plank oak flooring.
