Drake spent a memorable day with his six-year-old son Adonis on Saturday, as they watched the Miami Heat take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. The 37-year-old rapper secured courtside seats for himself and his son, providing them with an excellent view of the Knicks’ victory.
Drake, whose music was recently labeled ‘pop’ by Mos Def, sported a zip-up leather jacket over a white crewneck sweater for the game. He completed his look with wide-legged black pants and leather boots.
The rapper shares Adonis with painter and former model Sophie Brussaux, who publicly announced her pregnancy in May 2017. Although initially denying fatherhood, Drake confirmed he was Adonis’ father through a paternity test in March 2018, following criticism from rapper Pusha T. Since then, Drake has increased his time with his son, who has been featured in various posts on his Instagram.
Drake and Brussaux, though once strained in their relationship, have maintained a cordial connection. Adonis even contributed to the cover art for Drake’s latest album, For All the Dogs, and was featured on the track “Daylight,” which reached number eight on the US Billboard Hоt 100.
At the game, Drake was also seen with professional baseball player Aaron Judge, who wore a black t-shirt under a button-up jacket. Other notable attendees included Tracy Morgan, who wore a black graphic t-shirt and dark jeans, and Rachel Zegler, who opted for a low-cut black blouse paired with light blue jeans and white high-heeled shoes.
