Jennifer Garner made an Instagram appearance over the weekend, delighting her 16.3 million followers with a playful poolside activity. The 52-year-old actress, known for her role in “Alias,” donned a black halterneck one-piece swimsuit as she enjoyed the game alongside what appeared to be her 12-year-old son, Samuel, whom she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

In her caption, she encouraged her followers: “If you have access to a pool, spoons, and goggles—please borrow my recipe for a good time. Kid not required.” Garner shared a video where she explained the game: “It’s the best game. We throw our spoons—three spoons each—and we start the stopwatch.”

During the aquatic activity, Garner, wearing black goggles, remarked on the strategy involved. The lighthearted reel was set to the tune of “Mr. Blue Sky” by the Electric Light Orchestra.

Apart from Samuel, Jennifer has two other children, Violet, 18, and Fin, 15, with Affleck, who is currently married to Jennifer Lopez, although their relationship appears strained.

Recently, Jennifer also appeared on the Today show with her 86-year-old mother Patricia, discussing her late father William Garner. Reflecting on her parents, Jennifer expressed gratitude, saying, “How lucky to grow up with parents like mine.”

Garner seems to be enjoying her summer amidst reports of turmoil in Affleck’s relationship with Lopez.
