Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez made a grand entrance at the red carpet premiere of his latest film, “Air,” showcasing their affection for one another. The couple shared kisses and embraced as they led the star-studded arrivals at the Los Angeles screening on Monday evening.
They were accompanied by Affleck’s close friend and co-star, Matt Damon.
Jennifer, 52, was stunning in a dress featuring a sheer white top adorned with shimmering rhinestones and a striking neon green skirt that accentuated her curves. The top, which extended up to her neck, was paired with a flesh-colored brɑ. The dress also featured long sleeves and a highlighter-green skirt that showcased her toned midsection.
The floor-length skirt concealed her shoes, and she accessorized with a slim, sparkling clutch that perfectly matched the top of her dress. Her caramel-colored hair was styled in an elegant bun, with loose strands framing her flawlessly made-up face.
Ben, on the other hand, looked dapper in a navy blue corduroy suit with a double-breasted design, complemented by a navy silk knit tie and a light blue shirt.
The 50-year-old actor, who directed and starred in the biographical sports drɑma “Air,” recently expressed his joy at working with Matt Damon, 52. In an interview with IndieWire, Ben shared, “I love and trust Matt so much, and it was wonderful to work together. It felt like a shared enthusiasm, encouraging the cast with a sense of respect and patience.”
Ben and Matt rose to fɑme in 1997 with their co-written, award-winning film “Good Will Hunting.” Matt appreciated the experience of being directed by his longtime friend, noting, “It felt like a natural progression after years of collaboration. It didn’t feel different working this way.”
Earlier this month, Ben described working with Matt as the most rewarding experience of his career. The actor-director, who married Jennifer Lopez in 2022, mentioned that he already misses working with his friend. He reflected, “It was incredibly enjoyable. It felt like a personal project we both wa𝚗ted to pursue. I loved every moment and miss it every day since. It was the best work experience of my life.”
Matt also attended the event with his wife, Luciana Barroso. He opted for a classic black suit paired with a black sweater, while Luciana wore a short dress with long sleeves, showcasing her toned legs, and carried a matching black clutch.
Viola Davis turned heads in a green Roland Mouret gown adorned with sequins and featuring a twist-front design that accentuated her waist. She carried a basketball-shaped sequined handbag that added a playful touch to her outfit. Her husband, Julius Tennon, complemented her look with a beige linen sports coat, matching pants, brown dress shoes, and a graphic T-shirt. Viola, 57, portrays Deloris Jordan, Michael Jordan’s mother, in “Air,” while Julius has a supporting role as Michael’s father, James R. Jordan Sr.
Jason Bateman, also part of the film, wore a black suit and sweater, mirroring Matt Damon’s attire. His wife, Amanda Anka, sported a black mini dress with gold accents. The couple smiled
