Ben Affleck appeared happier than ever as he spent the 4th of July with his children in LA, while his wife Jennifer Lopez looked solemn in The Hamptons amid ongoing rumors of their split.

The 51-year-old actor, reportedly separated from Lopez, 54, for several months, smiled while dining outdoors with his children Violet, 18, and Fin, 15 — whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he also shares son Samuel, 12.

Ben looked stylish in a blue shirt and tan jeans, visibly wearing his wedding ring as he enjoyed quality time with his kids.

He was affectionate, seen gently touching Violet’s cheek and sharing laughs with his children, contrasting with Lopez’s distant appearance during her vacation with manager Benny Medina.

Lopez arrived in New York City on Monday following reports of their marriage being “over for months.” Sources indicated they’ve been apart since March and haven’t been photographed together in almost a month.

Despite their marital challenges, insiders revealed Affleck remɑins protective of Lopez. Recently, they’ve been selling artwork from their $60 million Bel-Air mansion, which was listed for $65 million last month.
