He addressed criticisмs from fans about his newly released album “Honestly, Neverмind” the day before. However, these critiques didn’t seem to faze Drake during his recent outing.
The 35-year-old Toronto native, born Aubrey Drake Graham, was spotted leaving the popular celebrity hɑunt Prime 112 in Miami Beach, Florida, on Saturday night. He was dressed impeccably for a night out in South Beach, sporting an all-white outfit. Drake’s ensemble included an unbuttoned polo shirt, loose trousers, and Air Jordan IV sneakers in the ‘pure money’ colorway.
Despite the mixed reception to his dance-themed project, Drake appeared unfazed as he engaged on his phone, possibly planning a busy evening in Miami. This followed his response to criticisms in a brief video shared on Twitter, where he quipped, “That’s what we do. We wait for you to catch up.”
The surprise release of his 14-track album elicited diverse reactions on social media, with some fans expressing disappointment over the creative shift towards house music. Drake, however, seemed indifferent to the backlash, as indicated by his Instagram post the next day. He shared photos showing him in a shirt reading ‘sympathy’ and enjoying moments with friends, including DJ Khaled.
Drake’s seventh studio album, “Honestly, Nevermind,” dropped unexpectedly, marking a departure from his usual promotional strategies. Despite varying opinions, it was a swift follow-up to his previous successes, including “Certified Lover Boy,” which garnered critical acclaim and Grammy nominations.
Earlier this year, Drake signed a significant recording contract with Universal Music Group, underscoring his ongoing influence and commitment to expanding his artistic ventures beyond music.
