Drake took a break from his “It’s All A Blur” tour to unwind after another performance.
On Tuesday night, he Һit up The Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles for the second consecutive night, partying until early Wednesday morning.
The 36-year-old music icon donned a burnt orange button-up shirt over a white T-shirt and paired it with white pants for his post-concert outing.
The “God’s Plan” rapper accessorized with his signature diamond earrings, glasses, and a thin silver necklace.
Joining him at the trendy West Hollywood venue was his 68-year-old father, Dennis Graham.
Drake’s dad sported a suave look for the afterparty, wearing a silky maroon shirt, a brown beanie, and a black backpack.
The “One Dance” singer shared a photo on Instagram of himself with his arm around his dad and another friend, captioning it with lyrics for his 142 million followers: “Heard ur playing games on my turf/Rather go to Turks than go to church/Sаy you’re in your bag but expect a purse/Want me to be patient but you’re not a nurse.”
Fans were impressed by how youthful Drake’s father appeared, with one commenting, “You found Dennis the fountain!” adding the hashtag #reverseaging.
Drake and his father have always been close, with Dennis even pulling a prank on his son during a recent concert in Los Angeles. Known for fans throwing brаs onstage, Dennis one-upped them by humorously sending a giant pink brа with a note that read, “Dad’s wishing ‘BIG’ things for you. I love you and making sure you’re breastfed correctly!”
Drake laughed, “What’s wrong with this man?” when he discovered the prank.
In 2021, Dennis released a heartfelt track called “Father and Son” on Father’s Day, inspired by his relationship with his Grammy-winning son. The song’s touching lyrics reflect their close bond: “A father and son will always understand each other’s heart/ And they’ll always sit together/ Until it’s all said and done/ So there’s nothing/ No, there’s nothing in the world/ Like a love between a father and son.”
In 2020, Drake posted a series of rare family photos with his dad to celebrate Dennis’s birthday, calling him the “DON DADA, the most charismatic man alive” and “the OG M Town playboy.”
Back in 2016, Dennis told Fader that he initially thought he’d need to help Drake manage the pressures of fаme. However, he soon realized, “He was extremely smart about what he was doing and knew every step he was taking… So I never had to worry about him again ever. I’m so happy about that.”
