Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck appear to be leading separate lives amidst swirling rumors of an impending divorce for the high-profile couple.
On Tuesday, the “On The Floor” singer, aged 54, was spotted exiting a black SUV in Los Angeles, accompanied by her entourage and her 16-year-old daughter Emme. Lopez, dressed impeccably and sporting glamorous makeup, seemed focused on handling business matters after recently canceling her tour to prioritize “family.”
Meanwhile, Affleck, aged 51, confidently displayed his wedding ring while spending time near his $100,000-per-month rental home in Brentwood. The Academy Award-winning actor, who had earlier met up with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, was seen rubbing his head with his left hand as he walked to his parked car.
These separate sightings occurred shortly after the couple reportedly had a lengthy “four-hour meeting” at their $60 million marital home, which they are said to be planning to sell.
For her errand run, Lopez looked stunning in a white blouse tucked into high-waisted flared jeans, complemented by an orange Birkin bag and designer heels. She wore her honey-toned hair in a sleek bun and donned gold-framed aviator sunglasses. Like Affleck, Lopez was still wearing her wedding and engagement rings from Ben, given to her in April 2022.
Accompanied by security guards, Lopez headed to a nearby Sephora store with Emme, who opted for a relaxed outfit consisting of a baggy pale blue T-shirt, gray shorts, and slide sandals. Emme, who uses gender-neutral pronouns, seemed delighted to spend quality time with her mother, while Lopez graciously stopped to take selfies with fans.
Meanwhile, Affleck, residing just two blocks away from his ex-wife Garner, maintained a composed demeanor as he walked around his Brentwood neighbourhood. Despite rumors of personal turmoil, Affleck looked well-groomed and composed, sporting a clean-shaven face and a fresh haircut.
Reports suggest that while Affleck and Lopez are not officially separated, they have been spending time apart and exploring the possibility of purchasing separate homes. Both are said to be leaning on their respective support systems during this transitional period.
These developments come amid speculation that the couple is considering selling their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, a property they acquired last year.
