Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly leading separate lives amidst ongoing speculation about their marriage. 

Recent reports suggest that although the couple has not officially separated, they have been spending time apart and exploring the possibility of purchasing separate residences.

 An inside source revealed to ET that while Jen has been house hunting and relying on her family for support, Ben has been focusing on his work and co-parenting with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. 

The couple’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, purchased last year, is now reportedly on the market. Despite efforts to sell the property, there has been no buyer yet, and TMZ reports that Jennifer is already searching for a new home while Ben stays at a rental nearby. 

Speculation about the state of their relationship intensified after photographs of their lavish marital home resurfaced online, sparking rumors of a potential sale. These developments follow Jennifer’s recent cancellation of her US tour, citing the need to spend time with her children, family, and friends, but notably omitting any mention of Ben.
