Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have enlisted realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they acquired last year.
The couple, who are rumored to have been ‘living separately’ for several weeks, purchased the property after extensively touring over 80 homes to find an ideal marital residence for their blended family.
Amidst speculation that a ‘divorce is imminent,’ a source informed TMZ that their realtor has been ‘showing the house for about two weeks’ but has not yet found a buyer.
The insider disclosed that ‘they’re asking approximately $65 million for the property.’
Despite the ‘considerable investment’ the 51-year-old Oscar winner and the 54-year-old singer made in upgrades, TMZ reported that they would likely face a ‘loss of millio𝚗s of dollars.’
Additionally, TMZ noted that Lopez is ‘already searching for a new home,’ while Affleck is staying in a $100K-per-month rental in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photos of their marital home’s luxurious interior resurfaced on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s pᴜrchase by the couple last May.
DailyMail.com found that these new images were uploaded to the real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5, with the property still listed as sold.
The couple acquired the home with cash after a two-year search for their dream home, which was seen as a fairytale conclusion to their decade-long romance.
Currently, fifty images, including an exterior shot of the grand property illuminated against the Los Angeles skyline, are available on multiple real estate websites where none existed before.
A property description also surfaced, detailing the Wallingford estate, which spans an exclusive 6-acre promontory. The lot comprises the main building and an additional house offering 10,000 square feet of guest accommodations, along with a caretaker’s house.
The property features garages for 15 cars, parking for 80 vehicles, and an outdoor sports complex that includes basketball and pickleball courts, a gym, a boxing ring, a bar, and a 150-degree zero-edge pool.
These developments have fueled speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000 square-foot estate might be quietly re-entering the market.
A representative for J Lo clarified that the images themselves are not recent.
This situation is yet another indication that things may not be well between the A-listers who had a private wedding in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a lavish celebration in Georgia the next month.
Recently, J Lo, 54, surprised fans by abruptly canceling the US leg of her ‘This is Me Now’ tour due to disappointing ticket sales.
In a statement, she expressed being ‘completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.’
She continued, ‘I wouldn’t do this if it wasn’t absolutely necessary. I promise I’ll make it up to you, and we will be together again soon. I love you all so much. Until next time.’
She cited ‘taking time off to be with her children, family, and close friends’ as the reason for withdrawing from her tour commitment.
Notably, her husband was not mentioned in her statement.
In Touch reports that the stars are undergoing couples therapy and that Garner, with whom Affleck shares three children, has become an u𝚗expected supporter of her ex’s marriage to J Lo.
The couple has rarely been seen together over the past two months, going through a period where they were not photographed together for 50 days. J Lo has attended several major events alone, including the premiere of her Netflix movie “Atlas” and the Met Gala.
A source told TMZ that Affleck could not attend the Met Gala due to filming ‘The Accountant 2’ on the opposite coast, yet he managed to attend Tom Brady’s roast a day earlier.
Meanwhile, although J Lo consistently wears her wedding ring, Affleck has been seen both with and without his.
