Earlier this month, the couple’s $60M mansion surfaced on realtor websites like Zillow, shortly after Affleck, 51, reportedly moved into a $100k-a-month rental in Brentwood.
For her latest outing, Lopez wore flared denim jeans and a black, long-sleeved shirt. She paired open-toed, nᴜde heels with a large, brown tote bag for her busy day. Her hair was neatly pulled back into a sleek ponytail, keeping any loose strands off her face.
Jennifer accessorized her look with gold-hooped earrings and fashionable shades. As she exited the vehicle, she was seen holding her smartphone and wearing her wedding ring on her left hand.
Lopez and Affleck, who tied the knot in July 2022, have been the subject of marital wоes rumors, with reports suggesting they are “living separately.” Lopez also canceled her “This Is Me…Live” tour earlier this month.
On Thursday, Lopez was seen being driven around Los Angeles, shortly after sharing a message about “negativity.” In her OntheJLo newsletter posted on Wednesday, she wrote, “It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out in the world right now. But don’t let the voices of a few drown out that there is soooo much love out there,” expressing gratitude to her fans.
Over the past weekend, Jennifer and Ben reunited to support his son Samuel, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, at a basketball game. The two were seen meeting outside the venue, sharing an awkward air kiss, and Affleck gently patting Lopez on the back. Garner was also present to support her son, with Ben’s mother, Chris, joining the event.
After the game, Ben and Jennifer grabbed a quick bite to eat at a nearby Jack in the Box. Chris left the YMCA with Garner, who helped her into her car.

The property description highlights the Wallingford estate’s exclusivity, featuring a 6-acre promontory. The lot includes the main building and an additional 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation and a caretaker house. It has garages for 15 cars, parking for 80, an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym, boxing ring, and a 150-degree zero-edge pool.
This move has fueled speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000-square-foot property might be quietly back on the market. However, a representative for Lopez clarified that the images themselves are not new.
This is the latest sign that things may not be well with the couple who eloped to Las Vegas in July 2022 and celebrated their union with multiple events in Georgia the following month.
Earlier last week, Lopez canceled her “This Is Me…Live” tour to spend time with family.
