Billie Eilish received a Brit Billio𝚗 Award on Wednesday after surpassing one billio𝚗 streams in the UK.

The 21-year-old American singer was presented with the award, calculated by the Official Charts Company, during her trip to London, where she performed a sеcret show.

At 17, Billie became the youngest female artist in UK chart history to achieve a Number 1 album with her debut “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”.

Four years later, she rеmains a chart leader in the UK, reaching the top spot again on the Official Singles Chart with “What Was I Made For,” her ninth UK Top 10 single.

The Grammy-winning single “Bad Guy” alone has over 300 million streams, with six other tracks surpassing the 100 million mark.

The Brit Billio𝚗 Award, launched in May, has been awarded to artists such as Abba, Coldplay, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Lana Del Rey, Queen, Becky Hill, James Arthur, Rita Ora, Lewis Capaldi, and Ellie Goulding.

Billie won three consecutive BRIT Awards for International Female Solo Artist in 2020 and 2021, and International Artist of the Year in 2022.

Her UK fanbase continues to grow, as she became the youngest artist to headline Reading and Leeds Festival last week.

On Tuesday evening, Billie performed a sеcret show at The Electric Ballroom in Camden. She was seen smiling and waving at fans as she left the venue, dressed in a casual black Nike hoodie and chunky silver jewelry, sporting her signature dark hair with colorful roots.

Billie performed at the Reading and Leeds Festivals over the weekend, joining headliners Sam Fender, The Killers, The 1975, Foals, and Imagine Dragons.

Last week, she also performed at Sziget Festival 2023 in Budapest, Hungary.

Billie is currently working on her third album with her brother and collaborator, Finneas.

She recently discussed the significant changes she’s experienced between the ages of 18 and 21 since her debut album, on Dua Lipa’s ‘At Your Service’ podcast, noting the differences in her music-making process and the transition from creating music at home to working in Finneas’ studio. She emphasized the substantial growth and adaptation she has undergone during this period.
