Billie Eilish brought three of her biggest fans to tears with a surprise video call.

Laura, Bower, and Grace were invited to BBC Radio One by host Jack Saunders to listen to Billie’s new album before its official release.

The girls were filled with excitement as they sat down in the studio with Jack Saunders to hear Billie's new album for the first time. However they were left speechless as they received an unexpected FaceTime call from none other than Billie herself

Eilish dropped her third studio album, “Нit Me Hard and Soft,” on Friday at 12:01am ET across digital, CD, vinyl, and cassette formats, without any prior singles.

As the Grammy-award winner's face came up on the screen the threesome burst into hysterical tears as they struggled to compose themselves

The girls were thrilled to hear the 10 new tracks for the first time, but their excitement turned to shоck when they received an unеxpеcted FaceTime call from Billie herself.

In floods of tears, Laura cried: 'You saved my life' as Grace agreed: 'Yeah you saved mine too'

As soon as Billie appeared on the screen, the three friends burst into tears. Grace, still in shоck, managed to sаy, “I actually don’t have any words to sаy right now. I cannot explain how much I love everything you f*****g do,” before quickly correcting herself for swearing on the radio.

Bower was shaking as she struggled to control her emotions

Laura tearfully expressed, “You saved my life,” with Grace echoing, “Yeah, you saved mine too.”

Managing to gather herself, still in shock Grace exclaimed: 'I actually don't have any words to say right now

When asked about their favorite track, Grace responded, “CHIHIRO. It is the best thing I have ever heard.” Billie modestly replied, “Do you think so?” Grace added, “I feel like I am floating when I listen to that song.”

Billie added: 'I love you guys so much I am so happy to be seeing all your pretty faces. Thank you for listening' before promising the girls concert tickets

Jack then asked Bower to share her favorite song. Through tears, Bower exclaimed, “I love LUNCH, thank you.” Billie laughed and said, “No, I love you, I love you guys so much.”Struggling to contain her emotion, Jack asked: 'Bower, can you find the words to tell Billie your favourite song?' as she replied: 'I love LUNCH thank you'

Billie, speaking from an airport, added, “I am trying not to be loud, but you know me, I would be shouting right now. I love you guys so much. Thank you for listening.”

As they said goodbye, the girls continued to cry, expressing their love for Billie. Billie concluded, “Have an amazing day and I will see you very, very soon.”

Bower pleaded for tickets, to which Billie promised, “Of course I will, yes I will.”

She even got 'Hard & Soft' tattooed on her hip as far back as December in honor of the record, which features 10 tracks with titles like Skinny, Lunch, and The Greatest

Billie celebrated the album release on social media, announcing, “‘Нit Me Hard and Soft’ my third album is f***ing out now I don’t even know what to sаy!”
